Refunds, Returns and cancellations....

Please note:

Our offices will be closed from the 3rd May to 13th May 2019. During this time we will not be able to answer the phone, send out orders, receive any returns or proccess any refunds. Orders placed during this time will only be sent out after this date.



Refunds will not be processed where items have been used, worn, tags or labels removed, smell of perfume or are marked with makeup or are damaged in anyway (other than notified to us immediately as damaged by delivery). Items should be returned in the original packaging with all wrappings, ribbons, carrier bags or boxes enclosed.

Refunds will not include any delivery / shipping charges you paid. 

Refunds will include any shipping costs you paid where incorrect or faulty goods were dispatched.

Refunds will be made to the valid card or PayPal account of the original purchaser. 


You have the right to cancel an order or change your mind within 14 days.

Refunds or returns requested after this time WILL NOT be accepted.

You must advise us in writing (email is fine) that you intend to return an item. You must return the order to us at your own cost. The item/items must be in good condition and re-saleable with all tags and labels attached as mentioned above. If the order was dispatched to a third party, for example as a gift to someone else, you will only be able to exercise this option if you are able to return the order to us unused as mentioned above. Any refund due following cancellation will only be made once we have received the items back in an unused, undamaged and with all tags and labels attached and present. Items which have been worn, smell of perfume or marked in any way will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.


Failure to accept delivery.

Should you fail to accept a package that we have dispatched to you in good faith and you failed to notify us that you wished to cancel, we will deduct from any refund due to you the cost of postage charged by the mail service provider in returning the item to us plus the cost we incurred in sending out the original order if you were eligible and selected free delivery.


If you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to return an item, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order by sending us an email at quoting your name, address and the item you wish to return. 

Please ensure that the item you are returning is returned to us securely packaged to avoid damage during delivery as the responsibility of the goods remains yours until we sign for them at our address. As proof of return we suggest you obtain as a minimum a free 'certificate of posting' from the post office, however for added security we recommend insuring the items at your own cost.. Should an item that you are returning to us go astray, be lost or damaged in the post you will be responisble for making the claim for recompense from Royal Mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods being returned to us until we sign for them at our offices.

Any requests made after 14 days WILL NOT be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Once we have received your goods and they are in order as mentioned above we will refund you the cost of the goods within 14 days. We will not refund the cost of any postage you may have incurred in sending out the original order, nor do we refund the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us or any insurance paid. In addition we will not refund the cost of any gift wrapping or message cards unless the goods were faulty or wrongly dispatched.

If the value of your order was such that you qualified (and elected to take) FREE standard UK delivery, should you then return part of your order which meant it fell below this minimum amount then a charge equal to the cost of standard delivery will be deducted from any refund due to you for goods you have returned.

Please note where possible we will repair damaged items.

Please also see Payment and Shipping with regards to returns to ensure your item is safely returned and not damaged in anyway as responsibilty for the items rests with you until the goods are received by us.

Faulty/ Damaged Goods

We carefully hand package each order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, however please check all items on receipt as faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days by email or by telephone. You will then be given a reference number which should accompany the items you are returning.

On receipt of the faulty or damaged goods we will either exchange the goods or process your refund. We do not refund Royal Mail Special Delivery or other carriers costs unless agreed by us first.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
